Description
Hand-carved Kiso cypress rice spoon from Japan's woodcraft heartland
Soak in water before first use. Hand-wash only; avoid dishwasher. Oil with food-safe wood oil occasionally. Wipe with diluted vinegar-water to remove staining. Air-dry upright. With care, hinoki improves with age.
