How it works

  1. Send us the request. Email hello@tokyocarry.com with a link, photo, or detailed description of what you're after, plus your destination country.
  2. We quote. Within 1–2 business days we'll come back with the all-in price (item + shipping + duties where applicable) so there are no surprises.
  3. You approve, we ship. Pay via secure invoice or standard checkout, and we hand-pack and ship from our Tokyo warehouse with tracking.

Pricing

Personal shopper requests are priced as item cost + 25% sourcing fee + actual shipping and duties. Volume pricing available on request for orders over $500. We don't take payment until you've approved the quote.
