Response times
We aim to respond to every email within 24 hours during our working days (Monday–Saturday). The team in Tokyo handles morning replies, Seattle handles afternoons US time, so you'll typically get an answer the same day or next day no matter where you are.
For urgent shipping issues (order delayed past expected delivery, customs problem, damage on arrival) please put URGENT in the subject line and include your order number. We watch that flag.
Where we are
Tokyo (shipping operations): Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan. We don't have a public retail storefront — our Tokyo location is a fulfillment hub for hand-packing and shipping orders. Visits are by appointment only.
Seattle (company HQ): Cross Market Holdings LLC, Washington State, USA. This is the legal entity that operates Tokyo Carry.
