Geta (げた) are traditional Japanese wooden clogs with elevated teeth, worn with kimono and yukata especially in summer. Asakusa, Tokyo's historic temple district, is a center of geta and traditional-dress craftsmanship.
Description
Traditional paulownia wooden geta clogs from Asakusa, black
Wipe dry after wear. Paulownia is naturally moisture-resistant but avoid prolonged water exposure. Store in cool, dry place. Worn with tabi socks (sold separately). Break in gradually; clogs make a characteristic clicking sound when walking.
