Description
Japanese iron frying pan with rust-resistant coating and textured surface
After each use, wipe with a damp cloth (no soap needed) and dry immediately to maintain the protective coating. Avoid prolonged soaking. Can be used on stovetop; not oven-safe. Seasoning with oil over time will improve non-stick properties. The hydrophobic coating is designed to prevent rust without requiring traditional oil seasoning.
