Description
Ginpo Banko donabe clay pot, 1L, direct-flame cooking
Seasoning: Soak new pot for 30 minutes before use to hydrate clay. Cooking: Use medium-low heat to prevent cracking. Cleaning: Hand-wash immediately after use; avoid abrasive scrubbers. Storage: Air-dry upright. Do not use on induction cooktops. Over time, browning on interior is normal and indicates proper seasoning.
