About this craft
Kumano brushes (Kumano-fude) are made in Kumano, Hiroshima, a region famous for brush manufacturing since the 17th century. Hakuundou (博雲堂) is a heritage workshop combining traditional hand-tying of animal hair with modern brush design. Each brush reflects generations of Japanese craftsmanship in bristle selection and handle finishing.
Description
Kumano animal-hair eyeshadow brush with red wood handle and comb
Wash gently in lukewarm water with mild soap after use; do not soak. Air dry bristles downward on a clean cloth. Use included comb to maintain fiber shape and remove makeup residue. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid extreme heat and humidity. With proper care, brush will last 1–2 years of regular daily use.
