Description
Hasami semi-porcelain soba plate with removable bamboo strainer insert
Plate is microwave and dishwasher safe. Bamboo strainer is not microwave or dishwasher safe; hand wash gently and air dry. If bamboo becomes discolored over time, soak briefly in water with a small amount of white vinegar. The plate can be used year-round but is especially suited to chilled soba (hiyamen) in summer.
