Mino ware is produced in the Toho region of Gifu Prefecture (Tojimi, Todo, Kago, and Tobi). The variety of designs make it easy to match with any dish, so you will want to use it every day. Even with the same glaze, the color may vary depending on where it is placed in the kiln and the flame conditions. Color fading and sagging may occur depending on the conditions of the glaze or soil.
