Description
Japanese stainless-steel grater and zester for citrus, ginger, wasabi
Hand-wash only; blades are sharp. Dry immediately to prevent water spotting. Store blade-side up in knife block or on magnetic strip. Not dishwasher safe. Sharpen periodically with ceramic rod if edge dulls.
