Hand-finished hinoki cypress board with natural antimicrobial grain
Oil monthly with food-grade mineral oil or beeswax blend. Avoid dishwasher; hand wash and air-dry upright. Sand lightly with included sandpaper if surface becomes rough. Hinoki will darken and develop character over years of use.
