Mino Ware (美濃焼) is one of Japan's six major ceramic traditions, produced in and around Toki City, Gifu Prefecture, since the 16th century. It accounts for over 50% of Japan's domestic tableware. Blue Irabo is a signature hand-brushed indigo glaze technique.
