Hand wash gently with soft cloth; avoid scrubbing with hard sponge or steel wool. Do not soak or leave in standing water. Do not use dishwasher or microwave. Avoid direct sunlight and dry storage. Store in cool, humid location. Reapply food-safe oil if surface dries over time.
