Nambu ironware is a 900-year-old casting tradition from Iwate Prefecture. Cast iron supplementation through tsukemono (pickled vegetables) and tea is a traditional Japanese wellness practice.
Description
Cast iron ball for natural iron supplementation in pickles
Rinse and dry thoroughly after each use. Store in cool, dry place. Can remain in pickle vessel for months; remove and dry if not in daily use. Avoid prolonged contact with vinegar solutions; rinse regularly. Hand wash only.
