Description
Coarse Japanese whetstone for restoring dull and damaged knife edges
Soak in water for 10–15 minutes before use. Use with light pressure; let the stone do the work. Clean with a nagura (dressing stone) or stiff brush to refresh the surface. Allow to air dry completely after use to prevent cracking.
