About this craft
Uji matcha comes from Kyoto's Uji district, Japan's most celebrated matcha region since the 12th century. First-harvest (ichiban) ceremonial grade preserves delicate flavor and vibrant green color.
Description
First-harvest organic Uji matcha, JAS certified, stone-ground from Kyoto
Store in cool, dry place away from light to preserve color and flavor. Brew with approximately 50ml hot water per 1g for traditional bowl method, or 100ml+ per 1g for pot method. Whisk until fully foamed. Consume within 1-2 months of opening.
