Description
Japanese rust-resistant cast-iron skillet, IH-ready, no seasoning needed
Hand-wash after each use; dry immediately with a cloth. The nitrided coating eliminates the need for seasoning oil, but can be lightly oiled for non-stick enhancement. Avoid prolonged soaking. Safe on IH, gas, and electric stovetops. Over time, develop a natural patina that improves non-stick properties.
