About this craft
Seto-ware (Setoyaki) is a 1,200-year-old ceramic tradition from Seto, Aichi Prefecture. Tenmoku (tenmoku-yaki) is an iron-oxide glaze technique originating in Song Dynasty China but refined and perfected by Japanese potters.
Description
Seto-ware porcelain coffee set with tenmoku glaze finish
Hand wash recommended to preserve tenmoku glaze. Avoid microwave and dishwasher. The glaze will deepen slightly with age and use.
