Hand-crafted pure copper grater, larger 130mm size for everyday Japanese cooking
Hand wash with warm water and soft brush immediately after use. Dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive scouring pads. Natural copper patina will develop—this is normal and does not affect function. Store upright in dry location. Can be used for 30+ years with proper care.
