Description
Dual-grit Japanese ceramic whetstone with rubber base and splash guard
Before first use and periodically, flatten the stone with a flattening stone or grid to maintain even surface. Soak in water for 10 minutes before sharpening. Use light pressure; let the stone do the work. Hold knife at 15–20° angle. Rinse after each session. Store dry. Do not drop or allow to freeze wet.
