Description
Aged fermented rice-bran pickling base with instructions for homemade nukadoko
Mix into a ceramic or glass container with additional rice bran if needed. Bury vegetables directly in the bed; turn and stir daily to maintain fermentation. Keep at room temperature (55–75°F ideal). Bed improves with age and use. Refresh with fresh nukadoko (this product) every 2–3 months or as needed.
