About this craft
Wakano, Fukui Prefecture, is Japan's historic center of chopstick craftsmanship, with centuries of tradition in wood selection and lacquer finishing. Yamaga (山家漆器店) is a regional producer maintaining these standards.
Description
Lacquered wooden chopsticks from Japan's chopstick capital, gift-wrapped
Hand wash after use; do not soak. Air-dry upright. Avoid prolonged contact with heat or direct sunlight, which can dull the lacquer finish. Not dishwasher safe. With proper care, the urethane lacquer will develop a subtle patina over years of use.
