Description
Japanese-made knife sharpener for hardened stainless blades using diamond and ceramic
Use pulling stroke (draw blade toward you) through sharpening slot. Start with diamond roller for dull blades, finish with ceramic for polish. Wipe blade and sharpener dry after use. Store in cool, dry place. Do not soak or immerse. Not suitable for serrated or special-hardened blades. For knives HRC60 and above hardness.
