How it works
- Send us the request. Use the form above (or email hello@tokyocarry.com) with a link or description of what you're after and your destination country.
- We quote. Within 1–2 business days we'll come back with the all-in price (item + shipping + duties where applicable) so there are no surprises.
- You approve, we ship. Pay via secure invoice or standard checkout, and we pack and ship from Tokyo with tracking.
What we can source

- Secondhand and collector markets — Mercari, Yahoo! Auctions, Mandarake, Suruga-ya
- Specialty makers and small producers — ceramics, stationery, textiles
- Limited-edition and app-only releases, regional goods, items sold out elsewhere
- Volume orders for businesses, gift shops, and resellers
Pricing
Personal shopper requests are priced as item cost + 25% sourcing fee + actual shipping and duties. Volume pricing available on request for orders over $500. We don't take payment until you've approved the quote.
Good to know
- We can't buy prohibited or restricted goods (see our restricted-goods list), and some items can't ship to every country — we'll tell you in the quote.
- Lottery, raffle and first-come releases aren't guaranteed. If we can't get the item, you get a full refund.
- Secondhand items are sold as described by the Japanese seller; we inspect on arrival and send photos before shipping on request.
