Nanbu Tekki is a 900-year-old ironware tradition from Iwate Prefecture. Iwachu (est. 1902) are masters of hand-casting and iron surface finishing. This tetsubin follows classical proportions while supporting modern IH cooktops.
Description
Traditional hand-cast Japanese iron teapot, 750ml, IH-compatible
Rinse with hot water immediately after each use; dry completely. Season lightly with neutral oil monthly. Never use soap. Avoid prolonged storage with water inside. Works on all heat sources including induction.
