Description
Hand-hammered copper grater crafted by Japanese artisans for superior grating
Hand wash immediately after use with warm water and soft brush. Dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive scouring pads; patina will develop naturally and adds character. Store upright in a dry location. Copper may oxidize slightly over time—this is normal and does not affect performance.
