- Compact 8.3-inch blade fits tight spaces; includes sheath
About this craft
Kakuri is a legacy Japanese tool maker. The pull-saw design reflects centuries of Japanese carpentry tradition—the blade cuts on the pulling stroke, not the push, allowing thinner, sharper edges and more control than Western-style push saws.
Description
Lightweight Japanese pruning saw for clean branch cuts
Keep blade clean and dry. Oil lightly before storage to prevent rust. Sharpen professionally when dull; do not attempt DIY sharpening on pull-saw teeth.
