Description
Hokkaido mizunara sticks for home whiskey and sake aging
Submerge one stick per bottle. Allow 2–4 weeks for noticeable aging effect. Longer soaking intensifies wood character. Remove when desired complexity is reached. Keep sticks dry and cool between uses.
