About this craft
Tsugaru Vidro is a 100+ year handblown glass tradition from Aomori Prefecture in northern Japan. Artisans layer colored glass and cut/sand details by hand. Known for subtle seasonal color references in Japanese aesthetics (seasonal flowers, weather phenomena).
Description
Handcrafted glass chopstick rest by Tsugaru Vidro artisans in Hydrangea blue
Hand wash gently in warm water. Avoid thermal shock (sudden temperature changes). Safe for occasional dishwasher on low heat, but handwashing preserves color depth.
